When our client bought this property, she was told it was the least expensive house for sale in Hillsborough. It was a plain little wood-sided California ranch house completely lacking in charm, with an asphalt driveway leading right past the front door in lieu of landscaping. The rear view from the main living areas was of a misshapen swimming pool, bright pink concrete terraces, and cobalt blue tiled water walls. Our client was sure that she could put a team together to transform this design disaster into a designer home, and sure enough, she did it.
